Mayur Chudasama

Mayur Chudasama is the Director of Leasing and Property Management at Ebby Halliday Real Estate, where he oversees a portfolio of more than 1,000 residential properties across North Texas and leads a team of 18 property management agents. With over 16 years of industry experience, he previously held senior leadership roles with Property Frameworks, helping oversee more than 10,000 single-family rental homes across 16 U.S. markets.

Danny L. Hardeman

Danny Hardeman launched Blue Crown Properties in 2004, building it into one of North Texas’s most respected professional property management firms. He’s a past president of the Greater Dallas NARPM Chapter, former chairman of the Texas REALTORS® Leasing & Property Management Committee, and was honored nationally in 2012 as one of NARPM’s Top 40 Under 40. Danny is a TREC and Texas REALTORS® certified instructor, author of multiple property management certification courses, and a past winner of Texas REALTORS®’ Best Education Offering. He served three terms on the MetroTex Association of REALTORS® Board of Directors (2019–2024) and has been part of the Texas REALTORS® Lease Forms Task Force since 2012.
