Speaker's Bio

Victoria Cowart, CPM, NAAEI Faculty, is the Director of Education and Outreach for PetScreening. Previously, she was a direct property management industry member with extensive experience providing management and oversight for a mixed portfolio including apartment communities, manufactured housing communities, and HOAs.

Victoria obtained her degree in the management of human resources, her industry CPM designation, her certification as an NAAEI Faculty member, and her certification to facilitate Mental Health First Aid.  She helped launch the Charleston Apartment Association, served as its President, and then became the President of the SC Apartment Association and an RVP for NAA. While serving NAA, she chaired four committees—most recently as the 2021 Legislative Committee Chair.  Victoria was recently honored to be inducted into the SCAA Hall of Fame. She is a wife, mother, and passionate advocate for industry education, pets, and assistance animals.
